As CCREEE works with Trinidad and Tobago's Ministry of Energy to establish an Integrated Resource and Resilience Plan (IRRP), Ms Anita Hankey, Acting Head of the Renewable Energy Division speaks to the importance of the plan for this CARICOM Member State.
