A report prepared by the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) in support of the Sustainable Energy Framework (SEF) developed by the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Commission, as well as the goals of the Eastern Caribbean Solar Challenge. The report looks at the Electricity Sector Governance Framework and the Electricity Sector Statistics for the OECS countries.
